Jack Ciesla - Advanced Apprenticeship in Electro Technical Services
Jack is an Electrician, employed by C.D.S Electrical.
Jack completed his Apprenticeship and Advanced Apprenticeship in Electro Technical Services with North Lindsey College.
Jack’s motivation and the commitment from his employer enabled him to achieve his Apprenticeship ahead of schedule and progressed onto the Advanced Apprenticeship. Jack has gained more confidence through his Apprenticeship and gained a greater knowledge of electro technical servicing functions. Jack has worked really hard to overcome personal and learning difficulties and his communication skills have greatly improved when working with other colleagues.
Jack is looking at setting up his own business within the next couple of years.
"I have achieved my Apprenticeship qualifications quicker than was planned and I know that if I can achieve my Advanced Apprenticeship quicker then it will help me to build my career quicker than a college course."
