What is Counselling?
Counselling is about understanding how you feel and why.
You may feel unhappy or that something is wrong but you can’t seem to work it out on your own.
Your counsellor will work with you on finding your own solutions. Your counsellor is specially trained to help you uncover things you need to understand.

For Young People
Free safe and anonymous online counselling and support for young people aged 11 to 25 who live in North East Lincolnshire
Available until 10pm every day.
Access to online forums, articles, friendly counsellors, self-help and community support.
Open Minds is based in Grimsby and Cleethorpes and encourages self-referral which means to make an appointment you can simply call the team or walk into the Grimsby or Cleethorpes branch or ask your GP or health professional to refer you.
Appointments are available between 9am – 5pm on Monday – Friday.
On Tuesday and Wednesday we offer limited appointments between 5pm – 8pm
