An exciting opportunity with the potential for progression within the business will see the suitable candidate join the Global Logistics team, supporting a variety of International Freight Forwarding activities.

As an Apprentice Logistics Coordinator within our Global Logistics office, your role will consist of the following:

Creating accurate bookings and data inputting onto in house software package.
Liaising with our in-house transport department, as well as overseas agents in Scandinavia.
Answering phone calls in a prompt and professional manner
Handling documentation and proof of deliveries.
Communicating to a high level to colleges and customers.
Developing and maintaining relationships with suppliers and customers
Being proactive in finding solutions and completing any other reasonable tasks.
Undertaking any other administrative duties to aid the smooth running of the business.
