Course Summary
Care Plus Employability Services deliver two strands under one service - Employability and Supported Employment.
Employability deliver a holistic approach to supporting school leavers and unemployed people of all ages on a pathway to sustainable employment via a variety of paid and unpaid initiatives.
Supported Employment provides a specialist service for people of all ages with long term health conditions, learning difficulties, mental health issues and physical disabilities to gain and sustain employment.

o Structured Voluntary Placements
o Apprenticeships
o Internships
o Intermediate Labour Market opportunities
o Supported Internships
o Work trials/taster sessions
