CPG Employability Services

Helping people overcome barriers to work through confidence, skills, and tailored support. Working with Jobcentre Plus, schools, training providers & local employers to match people with opportunities.

Programmes:

· Employability (16-Retirement Age) – Support into a variety of sectors. Job search, CVs, interview prep, voluntary placements, paid training.

· (16–24 Programme) – Work-based training for young people not in education or work.

· Care Experienced (16–25) – 6-month Health & Social Care placements + pastoral support along with access to a variety of workshops.

· People & Skills Pledge – Support into roles within Health & Social Care, as well as supporting Health & Social Care employers to Attract, Recruit & Retain workforce talent.

Supported Employment (16-Retirement Age)

For people with health conditions, disabilities, and/or neurodiverse.

· Voluntary placements (up to 26 weeks)

· Ongoing paid employment support with regular reviews

📍Local Access

Employability Services hold fortnightly sessions at The Careers Café, Freshney Place, Grimsby (Tuesdays 12.30pm-4pm).

Support with placements, job search & skills development.
