Entry Level Award in Employability for Health and Social Care (NOCN)

This course is for people who want to learn about health and social care and build basic skills for work.
It is a good first step if you are interested in working with people or moving into training in this area.

You will study two NOCN units:
• Exploring Health – Learn about healthy living, how to look after yourself, and the importance of health in everyday life.
• Skills for Gaining Employment – Learn how to prepare for work, including confidence, communication, and understanding what employers expect.

The course is:
• Practical – You will use real-life examples about health and work.
• Supportive – Tutors will guide you step by step.
• A starting point – It can lead to further courses, training, or jobs in health and social care.

No previous qualifications are needed.

After the course, you will:
