You will study three NOCN units:
• Skills for Employability – Learn key work skills such as teamwork, communication, and problem-solving.
• Serving Food and Drink – Learn how to serve customers safely and politely in a restaurant or café setting.
• Using Kitchen Equipment – Learn how to use basic kitchen tools and equipment safely and effectively.

The course is:
• Practical – Most learning takes place in simulated hospitality settings.
