Supporting Teaching & Learning (Diploma - Level 3)

This qualification will provide an understanding of the knowledge needed when working directly with children or young people in primary, secondary or special schools. They include learning about children and young people’s development, safeguarding their welfare and communication. This course will acknowledge and build on the work done in the level 2 qualification.

A placement of 12 hours per week is needed for the duration of the course.

Portfolio and observations in setting

Learners must have or be working towards a level 2 qualification (GCSE equivalent) in English and Maths.

This course will be an excellent qualification for anyone looking to forge a career working in primary, secondary or special schools.
