Course Summary
This course is ideal for students who are requiring academic or social support and are new to a college environment or who have progressed from Entry level 3 programmes. Students learn how to develop their practical skills in a range of land based subjects, as well as developing personal skills, preparing for employment opportunities and time management skills.
The programme provides a mix of theory and practical sessions, working with small animals, farm livestock, horses and horticulture.

- Maths and English, as required.
How will it be delivered and assessed?
Entry requirements
You will need a full Entry Level 3 qualification, or equivalent, as well as 3 GCSEs at grades 1-2, including Maths and English. A passion for the subject and one satisfactory reference are also required.
