Level Two Vocational Applications in Applied Science

This course is ideal for learners who have an interest for learners with an interest in the principles and practical applications of science, where the assessment will be largely in the form of research and practical investigations alongside the fundamental core science concepts. The course develops the learner’s understanding of key applications of science and builds the skills required both for the scientific workplace and for further study.

You could complement your studies with enrichment activities including First Aid, the Fitness Instructor Award or Basic Food Hygiene.

This course is assessed by coursework (75%) and exams (25%).

An interest in improving a grade in Level Two Science.

This course will enable you to study BTEC Extended Certificate or Diploma Applied Science at Level Three.
