This innovative T-Level will see you divide your time between the classroom and the workplace as you apply the theory you learn to real-life business environments. You’ll gain knowledge and skills across core areas of business and management, including project and change management, business behaviours, communication types, and leadership and management. The course also covers the importance of recruitment and selection, motivation theory, equality and diversity, organisation culture, values and objectives, as well as strategies and managing finances. In addition, you’ll take part in Personal and Professional Development (PPD) opportunities, with inspiring talks from guest speakers, insightful industry visits, and the chance to travel to exciting destinations like Portugal, Malta or Dubai.
