If you're looking to develop an in-depth understanding of management structures, this course is for you. Combine classroom learning with hundreds of hours of hands- on work experience, the T Level Management course will give you the skills, knowledge and confidence to set you on your path to business success.

Complementary Courses:

This innovative T-Level will see you divide your time between the classroom and your work placement, allowing you to apply the theory to real business environments. You'll study core areas of business and management, including project and change management, business behaviours, communication methods, and leadership and management. The course also covers the importance of recruitment and selection, motivation theory, equality and diversity, organisation culture, values and objectives, strategic planning and financial management. In addition, you'll take part in Personal and Professional Development (PPD), employability sessions to get you 'work ready', inspiring talks from guest speakers, industry visits, and the chance to travel to exciting destinations such as Portugal, Malta, or New York.

This course's work placement consists of 315 hours of in-the-workplace experience.
