Peopleplus offer bespoke or accredited courses, tailoring the process to the needs of employers and providing learners with the skills and techniques to help them progress into suitable, sustainable employment.

Every year we support thousands of people into employment, many of whom face considerable challenges getting a job, we do this across a variety of contracts, predominantly as the UK's governments largest provider of support for the unemployed.  We provide first class pre-employment skills training, traineeships, and upskill via our distance learning and E-Learning courses.

We have a team of experienced, friendly trained employment officers and tutors who support each person through their training and employment journey.

We can offer remote learning from the comfort of your own home and classroom lessons where you will meet like minded people. Our centres are open plan in a relaxed environment with refreshments available at no cost.

If at any point we don't know the answer to any of your questions our trained IAG officers will get you the answer and sign post you to the most suitable route to get you the help and support required.

Our services are available to everyone from the age of 16 years and over, the recently redundant and those who are in long term unemployment or anyone looking to upskill. We have a number of skills academies located all around England and Wales and we support with onsite customised sector work based training, providing skilled and motivated applicants.

Our Greater Lincolnshire skills Academies are based in Grimsby and Lincoln and we hold regular pop up centres in Scunthorpe, Hull, Boston, Gainsborough and along the east coast and Boston.

We work with employer to offer a full recruitment service to screen, train and progress our candidates into employment. We always welcome new employers and can put together bespoke training to suit the needs of the employers vacancies.

You don't need to be referred into our program just pick up the phone or email with your details to book a one to one appointment.

Our skills centres are based in the town centre to ensure we are reachable via public transport.
