Avant Skills Academy deliver Apprenticeship training from our Grimsby and Hull centres across the Humber, in a range of occupational sectors including Business, Content Creator, Data and Digital, Hairdressing and Leadership & Management. Our Apprentices learn and develop the knowledge and skills required to become competent and valued employees, enabling them to progress in their career

Our nationally recognised Skills Experience pre-apprenticeship programme is for young people who are not yet ready to undertake an Apprenticeship. We work with employers to help you secure an apprenticeship in your ideal job! Our Skills Experience learners gain real work experience and develop the skills to become work-ready, enabling their progression to an Apprenticeship or employment.

On our Skills Experience programme, young people may be eligible for a bursary to help with expenses such as travel and lunch. This is subject to eligibility and availability of funding.
