What makes us different?
Lincs Inspire connects people with each other, offers a safe and welcoming space with a range of activities and professional advice on hand.
Our activities and facilities are diverse, mindful, and inclusive of our communities and there is something on offer for everyone. We remove barriers and encourage active involvement.
We are overseen by an independent board of trustees, all volunteering their expertise to guide the company forward. All have a real insight into the local landscape. The links we build with partners is key to our success.
From local authorities, health and social care partners, to other third sector organisations; sharing knowledge and working together makes our communities more attractive and stronger.
Our trust plays a vital role in supporting local economies. We employ over 450 people and are proud to develop their skills. Our teams understand and truly care about the needs of our customers. They are supportive, motivated and believe in our values.
We support national priorities like lessening social exclusion and loneliness, reducing childhood obesity, tackling health inequalities, and supporting local businesses. Immersing yourself in a cultural environment can also help with relaxation and reduce anxiety, as well as increase confidence.
Local people rely on our services for their physical health and mental wellbeing. We bring people together, provide an opportunity for them to socialise, build friendships, support their personal development, and improve their quality of life.
