Cambridge Park Academy 6th Form
Cambridge Park Academy 6th form offers a bespoke curriculum that builds on the skills and knowledge that have been taught and embedded across the curriculum during their time in school. These skills are then developed and applied through the curriculum in preparation for adulthood. We aim to prepare each learner for the next stage in their life, whether that be employment, further education or supported living within the community.
The curriculum is seen as a bridge on the journey between childhood and adult life, whatever that might entail for each individual student; and is designed to provide students with the skills, knowledge and behaviours to both enable access and to be successful on the next part of that journey. Maths and English skills are embedded throughout each of the Vocational offers to support application for adult life and the world of work.

CPO - Creating Positive Opportunity
Creating Positive Opportunity offer a range of training opportunities for young people aged 16-18. These include a programme funded by the National Citizen Service (NCS), which is co-delivered with Young People's Support Service and the much-respected CATCH apprenticeship facility. This gives local young people the opportunity to have practical taster days as an 'Intro to Industry', hoping to raise their aspirations and fill local engineering jobs and apprenticeships.
The programme runs for 2 weeks at a time, and offers careers advice and practical employability coaching. We also offer bespoke learning for those with an EHCP.
