Course Summary
Course Details
The course allows learners to develop their technical skills across the different areas and provides the opportunity for learners to relate these to the esports industry.
In this course you will cover:
Introduction to Esports,
Esports strategies, skills and analysis,
Business enterprise and entrepreneurship,
Health and wellbeing,
Nutrition,
Psychology,
Events management and organisation,
Coaching,
Finance,
Teamwork,
Creativity.
During the course we take part in a variety of different extra curricular activities, which includes trips to the following: Comic Con EuroGamer Bradford Media Museum Erasmus Bletchley Park Esports competitions Aside from the trips we also value guest speakers, and through the years we have had industry professionals speak to our learners, and that continue to do so. The guest speakers we have had are the following: Bulkhead Interactive Lime vs Red Sumo Digital.
How will it be delivered and assessed?
The course will be assessed by a combination of coursework and exams.
Entry requirements
5 GCSES grade 4 - 9 including Math's and English.

The primary focus the level 3 in Esports is on progressing to employment across a range of roles within esports. Jobs that are available in these areas include:
