Our Skills Experience programme provides unemployed young people with the skills and experience to progress to an apprenticeship or sustainable work. You will gain real work experience and develop the skills to become work-ready, enabling you to progress to an Apprenticeship or employment with the wealth of employers we work with.

Kick-start your creative career in digital media!

The Certificate in Interactive Media is a hands-on course designed to introduce you to the exciting world of digital and interactive content. You’ll learn how to use industry-style software, explore creative ideas, and design and build your own interactive media projects from brief to final product.

You will also undertake work experience with a local employer over the duration of the programme.

Along the way, you’ll develop essential digital skills, boost your confidence with technology, and learn how to communicate ideas effectively. You’ll also gain valuable workplace skills such as independent working, professionalism, and a positive attitude to work – perfect preparation for further study or your first steps into the creative industries.

Above Entry 2 in English and Maths

Interviews and initial assessments will be carried out with Avant Skills Academy before any place is confirmed.
