Course Details

Prepare background surfaces – Learn how to properly prepare surfaces

Mix plastering materials – Understanding the different types of plasterboard and how to mix them

Applying scratch coats to internal backgrounds – learn the correct application techniques, keying for adhesion, drying times, and troubleshooting common plastering issues

Fixing sheet materials – Master the installation of fixing sheet materials for a smooth, finished surface

Applying floating and setting coats to wall – Develop techniques for applying plaster

Health & Safety – Learn industry safety standards, ensuring you’re working safely and efficiently

Teamwork & Communication – Improve your ability to work within a team and communicate effectively on-site, both essential for completing projects successfully
