Course Details

Studying A Level Politics will give you an understanding of British politics, exploring pressure groups, devolution, voting systems, and much more. Go further and discover the forces of globalisation and the role of influential bodies such as the UN, NATO, and the IMF. You’ll get to grips with a variety of differing ideologies, from anarchism to conservatism and everything in between. As well as hearing from inspiring guest speakers and getting stuck into lively debates, you’ll take your studies beyond the classroom with visits to the University of Hull, Parliament, and the Supreme Court in London.
