Course Details
How will it be delivered and assessed?
When you do a vocational qualification you will learn in a workshop, salon or studio as appropriate for your subject and you will usually be assessed through practical assessments, projects, assignments and oral and written questions. There may be exams in some subjects and your tutor will prepare you for these.
Entry requirements
Level 2 – 3 GCSEs at grade 3 or above, preferably including either English or Maths
Admission subject to successful audition
Your next steps...
Successful students may progress onto the next level in their chosen subject, into employment or an apprenticeship, or, after a level 3 qualification, to Higher Education
Progress to a music-related degree, such as Music Performance, Music Production or Sound Engineering. We have our own Level 4 degree courses in Popular Music Performance and Music Production for those serious future music industry pioneers!
