Course Summary
The A-level Economics course explores the key principles and theories of micro- and macroeconomics. It brings to life the fundamental economic problem of scarcity and explores how decision makers, including ourselves, influence the allocation of increasingly scarce resources to try and maximise welfare within society. In this context, students of economics are increasingly in demand, with a skillset that is well suited to supporting solutions to some of the biggest challenges facing humankind.
